These Terms of Use (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of the websites located at pilot2scale.ai and visaniamerica.com and any associated marketing, informational, or trial pages relating to the pilot2scale.ai platform (the ‘Platform’), operated by Visani America LLC (‘Visani America’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). By accessing this website or any related properties, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms govern the WEBSITE and your status as a visitor or prospective customer. Use of the Platform itself by an enterprise customer’s authorised users is governed separately by the Master Subscription Agreement and Data Processing Agreement executed between Visani America and that customer.

Individuals submitting information via contact, waitlist, or lead-generation forms
If your organisation has signed a Master Subscription Agreement to use the Platform, your use of the Platform itself is governed by that agreement and its associated Data Processing Agreement not by these website Terms.
2. What the Platform Is
The Platform is an enterprise AI governance and decision intelligence platform specifically, an AI board readiness and portfolio governance platform. The Platform supports enterprise AI governance and decision intelligence for leadership teams. The Platform is designed to create board-defensible evidence supporting the funding, deferral, rejection, or controlled execution of AI initiatives.
2.1 What the Platform Is Not
The Platform is not a generic questionnaire tool, chatbot, spreadsheet replacement, marketing funnel, or a compliance-only checklist tool. References to the Platform on this website describe a governance and decision-evidence platform, not a substitute for legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
3. Use of the Website
3.1 Permitted Use
Browse content for the purpose of evaluating the Platform as a prospective customer
Submit accurate contact and company information via forms on the site
Request a demonstration, pilot engagement, or sales conversation
3.2 Prohibited Use
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any non-public area of the website or underlying infrastructure
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
Scraping, harvesting, or automated extraction of website content without prior written consent
Using the website to transmit malware, conduct security testing, or probe for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation (see Section 8 Responsible Disclosure)
Using the website in any way that violates applicable law, including US federal and state law

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, the pilot2scale.ai name and mark, product descriptions, and the underlying design is the property of Visani America LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from Visani America.

Do not attempt to test, probe, or exploit any vulnerability without prior written authorisation from Visani America. Unauthorised security testing is treated as a violation of these Terms and may be unlawful under applicable computer fraud and abuse laws.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Visani America LLC is incorporated/headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated ‘Effective Date’ at the top of this document. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
