The product

What is pilot2scale.ai, in one sentence?: It gives leadership a defensible answer when someone asks how an AI initiative was approved and on what basis.
Is this a project management tool?: No. Project tools record that work is happening. pilot2scale.ai records that a decision was made, by whom, and on what basis. You probably already have the first.
Does it replace our AI policy or governance committee?: No. A policy says what should happen and a committee decides case by case. Neither produces a record you can rely on a year later.
Why will you not explain how it works on this website?: Because the method is the product. Publishing it would hand over the thing of value. Early access organizations receive the overview after we review the request.

When can I use it?: Early access opens to a small group ahead of general availability. We are not publishing a launch date, because a date we might miss is worth less than a straight answer.
What does early access cost?: Nothing. In exchange we ask for your time, a real initiative to work through, and honest feedback.
What will it cost afterwards?: Pricing is not set. Early access participants see it before it is public and their input shapes it.
Who qualifies for early access?: Organizations with a real portfolio of AI initiatives and a board already asking hard questions. We keep the group small enough that everyone gets attention.

What happens to the information I submit on this site?: It goes into our customer relationship system so we can contact you. We do not sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete it. Detail is in the privacy policy.
Will you use our data to train models?: No. Customer content is not used to train models.
How is the platform itself secured?: It exists to be relied on in audit and regulatory settings, so it is built to that bar. We share the data protection policy with organizations under evaluation.

Who is behind this?: pilot2scale.ai is built by Visani America LLC.
Are you funded?: We are in conversation with investors. The early access form reaches us directly and has an investor option.
How do I reach a person?: Use the early access form and say what you want to discuss. It reaches us directly rather than a queue.
